The "manufacturing" prowess of Japan has been demonstrated throughout the world.
With the hope of imparting vitality to Japanese society and contributing to its development, we, at the UT Group, have consistently been involved in manufacturing-related businesses since our founding.

Behind the core of these businesses lies the belief that "people" are the real source of Japan's dynamism.
"People" grow when they vividly work, resulting in corporate profits and social vitality.
In other words, the UT Group values most in "Creating vigorous workplaces empowering workers.”

The biggest industry when it comes to "manufacturing" in Japan is the construction industry.
Although the construction industry creates the biggest value and generates the most number of jobs, today's economic environment forces the industry to improve the service quality and operating efficiency. The lack of manpower is also a long-standing issue that has become even worse in recent years.

Against such situation, the UT Group has taken the challenge of resolving these issues in the construction industry as its mission and has established UT Construction.

Based on the group philosophy of "Creating vigorous workplaces empowering workers,” we would like to contribute to society and demonstrate the significance of our existence by developing the next generation of construction workers. This shall be achieved by recruiting and developing young workers who are attracted to the industry and who would like to acquire technical skills and contribute to society, while creating a stable employment environment and opportunities for them to enhance their careers both internally and externally.

Through these activities, we believe that the next generation construction industry will be brimming with youthful power and children will once again be drawn towards a career in the industry.

We sincerely ask for your support.
